(ForImmediateRelease.Net) Prague, June 2007 – In Vysoèany, Prague, the biggest hotel of the Clarion brand in Europe is already in its final of construction. The beginning of March 2008 is the date when the 4**** Clarion Congress Hotel Prague, part of the CPI Hotels portfolio, will open. The ten-floor building will be a part of the Shopping Gallery Fénix complex.
The investor of the whole project, the CPI Group development company that intends to utilize a 15,000 m2 large shopping and service centre attached to a deluxe congress hotel. The Clarion Congress Hotel Prague will provide 560 rooms and a conference centre totalling 4000 m2 ready to cater up to 2.500 delegates. Hotel bars and restaurants as well as small and large conference halls are inseparable facilities. An old fortress in the hotel vicinity will be rebuilt into the stylish restaurant Citadela with a seating capacity for up to 150 guests.
The theme of the hotel interior is crossing of the cosmic trajectories that will be reflected both in the lobby and open spaces design and the interior of the conference halls.
The hotel located directly above the underground station Vysoèanská will also benefit from the close proximity of Sazka Arena. The convenient location of the hotel is also highlighted by easy access to the city centre by public transport as well as by excellent connection to the motorway. The whole complex provides parking spaces for 600 cars and 9 coaches in the underground garage.
