(ForImmediateRelease.Net) Companies that participated in AIME 2007 have until 10 August to select their preferred space at AIME 2008 as part of AIME’s priority booking period. After 10 August, space on the floor plan is open to new exhibitors.

AIME 2008, 16th AsiaPacific Incentives & Meetings Expo, is being held from 19 – 20 February at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, Australia.

The event will include 850 exhibitors from approximately 50 countries showcasing the best in products and services for the meetings and incentives industry.



An anticipated 400 hosted buyers from around 30 countries and in excess of 2,200 trade visitors are expected to attend AIME 2008.

“Many exhibitors have been quick to express their interest in AIME 2008 and we expect more than 75% of exhibitors to lodge their preferences by 10 August,” said Rosemarie Sama, AIME Event Director.

“The response reflects of the importance and high regard that the industry has of AIME as being the best event for business, networking and education in the region,” she said.

Independent surveys conducted by Micromex Research found that exhibitors rated highly their experience at AIME 2007.



94% of exhibitors surveyed said they obtained a competitive advantage by exhibiting at AIME 2007 compared with other business-to-business marketing initiatives.

91% of exhibitors surveyed intend to exhibit at AIME 2008 and 87% of exhibitors ‘agreed’ or ‘strongly agreed’ that it was beneficial to exhibit at AIME 2007.
